At RKCLISTE, we take the privacy and security of our internal operations, employee data, and site management seriously. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the RK WorkSuite platform and our Kiosk hardware.

1. Information We Collect

To provide secure access and manage daily operations, we collect the following types of internal corporate data:

• Account Information: Your full name, corporate email address (@rkcliste.com), secure passwords (encrypted), and designated management roles.
• Attendance & Hardware Logs: Time-stamped check-ins and check-outs via our Kiosk scanners, including your unique Staff ID and the specific site location where the scan occurred.
• Operational Data: Tasks assigned to you, project updates you submit, and quality control (QC) media you upload to our servers.

2. How We Use Your Data

All data collected is strictly for internal operational purposes, including:

• Verifying identity to prevent unauthorized access to the WorkSuite platform.
• Generating automated HR reports regarding shift attendance, late arrivals, and total hours logged.
• Tracking project milestones, task completion, and resource allocation across construction sites.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely in our cloud database (Supabase). We implement industry-standard security measures, including:

• Password Encryption: Passwords are never stored in plain text.
• Role-Based Access Control (RBAC): Regular staff cannot view the attendance or task data of other personnel. Only designated Managers, HR, and System Administrators have clearance to view company-wide metrics.
• Secure Connections: All data transmitted between the RK WorkSuite application and our servers is secured via HTTPS/SSL encryption.

4. Data Sharing

RKCLISTE does not sell, rent, or share your personal corporate data with third-party advertisers or external organizations. Data is only accessible to authorized RKCLISTE administration for payroll, HR, and project management purposes.

5. Mobile & Kiosk Usage

When using the RK WorkSuite Kiosk via a mobile device or mounted tablet, the application requires access to the device's camera strictly for the purpose of scanning QR codes or Staff IDs. The camera feed is processed locally in the browser and is never recorded or transmitted to our servers.
